All orders are dispatched within 5 working days with the majority posted within 2 working days. We dispatch orders every working day - Monday to Friday.

All items are shipped with full door to door tracking via Royal Mail. UK based items are shipped using a next day Tracked 24 service while International Items are shipped using the International Tracked Service.

We use a high quality custom resin blend designed to balance print quality and details with strength for the perfect resin for miniatures and conversion bits.

If you would like to return your order you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Where possible we will always try to accommodate custom orders. If for example you like one particular design of helmet in a set we can do a set of just that design. To request a custom order please email us at support@archiesforge.co.uk BEFORE placing an order and we will advise if this is possible and order timescales. Please note we do not charge anything extra for this service but orders will take a few extra days as we cannot fulfill from held stock.
